Deine Aufgaben

Während deiner Ausbildung durchläufst du alle relevanten kaufmännischen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Logistik, Marketing, Vertrieb, Buchhaltung und Personalwesen. Dabei übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt eigene Aufgaben und wächst mit jeder Erfahrung. Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Einkauf & Lieferantenkontakt: Angebote einholen, vergleichen, Bestellungen auslösen
  • Logistik & Warenfluss: Lieferungen koordinieren, Frachtpapiere erstellen, Transporte begleiten
  • Marketing & Kommunikation: Vertriebsunterstützende Aktivitäten, Website & Online-Marketing, Social Media und Employer Branding
  • Vertrieb & Kundenservice: Kundenanfragen bearbeiten, Angebote erstellen, Rechnungen schreiben
  • Personalabteilung: Mitarbeit bei Bewerbungsprozessen, Lohnbuchhaltung und administrative Aufgaben
  • Buchhaltung & Finanzen: Eingangsrechnungen prüfen, Buchungen durchführen sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • … und vieles mehr: Jede Station bringt neue Aufgaben und Perspektiven

Dein Profil

  • Guter Schulabschluss: Du hast einen sehr guten Realschulabschluss, gute Fachhochschulreife, Abitur oder einen vergleichbaren Bildungsweg
  • Organisationstalent: Du denkst strukturiert, arbeitest sorgfältig und packst gerne mit an
  • Wirtschaftsinteresse: Du hast ein echtes Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst dich gut ausdrücken – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Lernfreude: Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, bist wissbegierig und möchtest dich weiterentwickeln
