Passez de l'atelier au support technique ! Rejoignez la hotline technique pour accompagner à distance le réseau de concessions d'un grand constructeur.

Vos missions :

  • Assistance et diagnostic à distance : Guider et conseiller le réseau de concessions sur les problématiques techniques complexes et l'exploitation de la documentation technique constructeur.
  • Suivi des dossiers à fort enjeu : Assurer le suivi des dossiers techniques critiques et des véhicules hors route afin d'apporter des solutions rapides pour la remise en état.
  • Qualité et remontées constructeur : Analyser et remonter les informations du terrain auprès du constructeur pour contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité des produits.
  • Résolution d'incidents : Gérer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements liés aux outils de diagnostic.
  • Participation opérationnelle : Prendre part aux réunions techniques et intervenir ponctuellement en concession sur des cas spécifiques.

Qualifications

  • Expérience indispensable : Solide parcours en atelier automobile (mécanique/électrique) et vraie expertise en recherche et diagnostic de pannes.
  • Compétences techniques :Solide compréhension de la mécanique et de l'électronique automobile Maîtrise de la lecture de schémas électriques et des outils de diagnostic. Aisance avec la documentation technique. La maîtrise ou une bonne compréhension de l'anglais technique est un plus.
  • Aptitudes personnelles :Bon esprit d'équipe et relationnel. Pédagogie et sens de l'écoute. Curiosité technique, volonté d'apprendre et forte implication.
