MultiMind Bemanning söker nu en Senior HR Business Partner till ett välkänt spelbolag i Stockholm. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med planerad start den 21 december 2026 och som löper till och med 31 augusti 2027, med möjlighet till ytterligare sex månaders förlängning. Om företaget Bolaget är ett välkänt och etablerat spelbolag med en stark position på marknaden. De verkar inom en reglerad bransch där ansvarstagande, affärsmässighet och långsiktig utveckling är centrala delar av verksamheten. Du kommer att arbeta i en professionell och dynamisk organisation där HR har en viktig roll i att stödja verksamhetens utveckling, ledarskap och förändringsarbete. Om rollen Som Senior HR Business Partner får du en central roll i att driva och utveckla både strategiska och operativa HR-frågor. Du arbetar nära chefer och ledningsgrupp och fungerar som en rådgivande partner i frågor som rör organisation, ledarskap, arbetsrätt och medarbetarutveckling. Rollen innebär ett brett ansvar med möjlighet att påverka och bidra till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Fungera som strategisk och operativ HR-partner till chefer och ledningsgrupp. Driva och stödja organisationsutveckling och förändringsprocesser. Ge kvalificerat stöd inom arbetsrätt, personalfrågor och fackliga förhandlingar. Ansvara för och utveckla arbetet med systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete (SAM), riskbedömningar och arbetsmiljöprocesser. Stödja chefer inom ledarskap, kompetensförsörjning och medarbetarutveckling. Bidra till utveckling och implementering av HR-processer och strategiska initiativ. Arbeta med rehabiliteringsärenden, prestationsutveckling och andra komplexa personalfrågor. Bidra till utveckling av företagskultur och långsiktigt hållbara arbetssätt.

Din profil Vi söker dig som är en trygg och erfaren HR-professionell med förmåga att kombinera ett strategiskt perspektiv med ett operativt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har: Akademisk examen inom HR, beteendevetenskap, ekonomi eller annan relevant högskoleutbildning. Minst 8–10 års erfarenhet av kvalificerat HR-arbete som HR Business Partner, HR-chef eller motsvarande. Mycket goda kunskaper inom arbetsrätt, fackliga förhandlingar och samverkan med fackliga organisationer. Mycket god erfarenhet av systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete, riskbedömningar och arbetsmiljörelaterade frågor. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av förändringsledning. Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.

Det är meriterande om du även har: Erfarenhet från större och komplexa organisationer. Erfarenhet från reglerade verksamheter, exempelvis spel, finans eller andra tillståndspliktiga branscher. Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära eller ingå i ledningsgrupper. Gedigen kompetens inom organisationsutveckling, kompetensförsörjning och kulturförändring. Erfarenhet av att självständigt hantera komplexa HR-frågor med både strategiskt och operativt fokus. Erfarenhet av HR-system och verktyg för systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete, exempelvis Stratsys.

Personliga egenskaper Som person är du trygg, affärsmässig och förtroendeingivande. Du har hög integritet och förmåga att bygga långsiktiga relationer med chefer, medarbetare och andra intressenter. Du är van vid att självständigt driva komplexa frågor, fatta beslut och agera rådgivande även i utmanande situationer. Du har ett tydligt eget driv, ett strukturerat arbetssätt och en god förståelse för hur HR kan bidra till verksamhetens övergripande mål. Praktisk information Placering: Stockholm. Omfattning: Heltid, 100 %. Start: 21 december 2026. Uppdragsperiod: Till och med 31 augusti 2027, med möjlighet till förlängning. Arbetsmodell: Hybridarbete med minst cirka tre dagar per vecka på kontoret. Anställningsform: Konsultuppdrag via MultiMind Bemanning.
