Chefe da Unidade de Finanças Corporativas (m/f)

Procuramos um(a) profissional sénior para assumir a liderança da Unidade de Finanças Corporativas, com responsabilidade pelo desenvolvimento de negócio junto de clientes empresariais, gestão de operações de financiamento e acompanhamento de negócios transfronteiriços.

A função terá uma forte componente de articulação internacional, nomeadamente com a Sede e diferentes unidades do Grupo Bank of China, bem como participação em operações e projectos relacionados com o comércio e investimento entre a China e Angola.

Principais Responsabilidades Desenvolver e gerir relações com clientes empresariais, assegurando actividades de prospecção, desenvolvimento de negócio e expansão da carteira de clientes;

Gerir operações de crédito empresarial e operações de financiamento transfronteiriço, incluindo o acompanhamento de clientes corporativos e projetos estratégicos;

Promover e acompanhar operações de liquidação internacional, trade finance, pagamentos transfronteiriços, financiamento ao comércio e outros serviços bancários;

Desenvolver e implementar soluções financeiras integradas para empresas, nomeadamente empresas chinesas que desenvolvam actividades comerciais e de investimento em Angola;

Gerir operações cambiais e apresentar aos clientes soluções de FX, incluindo operações spot, forward, swaps e soluções de gestão de risco cambial;

Assegurar a articulação permanente com a Sede do Bank of China e com as diferentes unidades de negócio do Grupo, garantindo a implementação das estratégias, políticas, produtos e procedimentos definidos pela Sede;

Participar na implementação e acompanhamento de projetos estratégicos definidos pela Sede, incluindo projetos de cooperação económica e comercial entre a China e Angola e outros negócios transfronteiriços;

Articular com assessores jurídicos, consultores fiscais, bancos, instituições financeiras e outras entidades envolvidas em operações de crédito, financiamento e negócios transfronteiriços;

Realizar análises financeiras, due diligence, avaliações de crédito e análises de risco;

Elaborar relatórios comerciais e de crédito e apoiar os processos de análise, aprovação e reporte solicitados pela Sede e pelas entidades reguladoras;

Assegurar a transferência de conhecimentos e boas práticas do Grupo para a equipa local, promovendo o desenvolvimento das capacidades profissionais da Unidade;

Perfil Pretendido Licenciatura em Finanças, Economia, Gestão, Administração de Empresas, Gestão Financeira ou área equivalente;

Mínimo de 9 anos de experiência profissional relevante, incluindo experiência comprovada em Corporate Banking, financiamento empresarial, negócios transfronteiriços ou áreas relacionadas;

Experiência profissional numa instituição financeira internacional ou num grupo bancário com presença internacional será valorizada, sendo particularmente valorizada a experiência em instituições bancárias do Grupo Bank of China;

Experiência em negócios bancários relacionados com o comércio e investimento entre a China e África, incluindo financiamento de empresas chinesas, comércio internacional, pagamentos transfronteiriços e RMB internacional, será considerada uma vantagem;

Conhecimentos sólidos de análise financeira, crédito, financiamento empresarial, comércio internacional e operações bancárias;

Excelente domínio da língua chinesa, falada e escrita, sendo esta uma competência essencial para a comunicação profissional com a Sede, a coordenação de negócios, a implementação de políticas e procedimentos do Grupo e a execução de projetos transfronteiriços;

Bom domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita;

Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office;

Forte capacidade analítica, de planeamento, organização, gestão e tomada de decisão;

Capacidade de trabalhar em ambientes multiculturais e de articular eficazmente com a Sede, clientes, autoridades reguladoras e diferentes unidades do Grupo;

Capacidade de aprendizagem, atenção ao detalhe, orientação para resultados e forte sentido de responsabilidade.
