A Multipessoal Angola encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Diretor(a) de Obra – Eletricidade para integrar uma empresa de referência no sector da Engenharia e Construção.

Procuramos um profissional com experiência consolidada na direção de obras de especialidade elétrica, capaz de assegurar a gestão técnica, operacional e financeira dos projetos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, orçamento, requisitos de qualidade e normas de segurança.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Planear, coordenar e acompanhar a execução das obras, garantindo o cumprimento das especificações técnicas, prazos e objetivos definidos;
  • Acompanhar custos, proveitos e desvios da obra, implementando as necessárias ações corretivas;
  • Identificar e coordenar as necessidades de equipamentos, materiais e recursos humanos;
  • Assegurar a articulação com o Dono de Obra relativamente ao cumprimento contratual, plano de trabalhos e eventuais alterações ao projeto;
  • Coordenar equipas de obra, fornecedores e subempreiteiros;
  • Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento da obra e definir ações preventivas e corretivas;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar o reporting financeiro e operacional dos projetos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos legais, contratuais e internos nas áreas de Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Eletrotécnica, preferencialmente ao nível de Mestrado;
  • Inscrição na Ordem dos Engenheiros;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 7 anos;
  • Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência na liderança e gestão de equipas;
  • Experiência consolidada em direção de obras de especialidade elétrica;
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos, processos construtivos, orçamentação e controlo de custos;
  • Experiência em obras de edificação de elevada complexidade, preferencialmente adquirida em empresas ou grupos de grande dimensão;
  • Conhecimentos de negociação com fornecedores e subempreiteiros, gestão de materiais e equipamentos e leitura e interpretação de projetos;
  • Conhecimentos da regulamentação aplicável ao sector da construção;
  • Forte capacidade de análise, planeamento, organização, negociação e liderança.
  • Domínio de AutoCAD, Microsoft Office e MS Project.
  • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês. Local de trabalho: Angola
