La Première Agence de Microfinance (PAMF) est une Institution de Microfinance établie à Madagascar depuis 2006 dont le Siège Social est sis à 1, Lalàna Solombavabahoaka Frantsay 77 Antsahavola 101 Antananarivo Madagascar. Elle est affiliée à l’un des réseaux de développement les plus vastes au monde : le Réseau Aga Khan de développement (AKDN). La mission de la PAMF est de contribuer à la réduction de la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale et économique des personnes les plus vulnérables en améliorant l’accès aux produits et services financiers.

La PAMF est le pionnier du digital dans le Secteur de la Microfinance et a une grande ambition en transformation digitale et bancaire. Afin d’étoffer son équipe jeune, dévouée et dynamique, la PAMF est actuellement à la recherche d’un candidat pour le poste de Chargé de recouvrement.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer le contrôle qualité des dossiers crédit en région à travers des revues, validations et contre-visites selon le niveau de risque.
  • Coordonner les levées de remarques entre les agences et le siège pour garantir la conformité et la qualité finale des dossiers transmis.
  • Préparer et filtrer les dossiers de crédit complexes ou de gros montants avec analyses financières approfondies et recommandations argumentées.
  • Renforcer les compétences des équipes agences via des formations sur l’analyse financière, la gestion des risques et les procédures crédit.
  • Servir de référent technique régional pour accompagner les agences sur les dossiers complexes et les problématiques d’analyse crédit.

Qualifications requises:

  • Formation Bac+3 en Finance, Gestion, Banque, Économie ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en analyse de crédit, analyse financière ou gestion des risques dans le secteur bancaire/financier.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l’analyse financière, des états financiers et de la rédaction de notes de synthèse pour dossiers complexes.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel avancé, avec fortes capacités de communication, d’analyse et de pédagogie.
  • Profil autonome, rigoureux, organisé, capable de travailler sous pression tout en respectant les délais.
