La Première Agence de Microfinance (PAMF) est une Institution de Microfinance établie à Madagascar depuis 2006 dont le Siège Social est sis à Lot II J1/AA, Morarano Alarobia – Antananarivo 101 - Madagascar. Elle est affiliée à l’un des réseaux de développement les plus vastes au monde : le Réseau Aga Khan de développement (AKDN). La mission de la PAMF est de contribuer à la réduction de la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale et économique des personnes les plus vulnérables en améliorant l’accès aux produits et services financiers.

La PAMF est le pionnier du digital dans le Secteur de la Microfinance et a une grande ambition en transformation digitale et bancaire. Afin d’étoffer son équipe jeune, dévouée et dynamique, la PAMF est actuellement à la recherche d’un candidat pour le poste de Correspondant Risques Agences.

Responsabilités:

  • Assure que tous les documents exigés pour la constitution d’un dossier de prêt tels que définis par les procédures de crédit sont fournis avant la tenue du Comité de crédit ;
  • Procède à l’examen des dossiers, et vérifie la pertinence de l’analyse faite par l’agent de crédit ;
  • Assiste à tous les Comités de crédit tenus à l’agence et émet par écrit ses recommandations sur chaque dossier présenté.
  • Contrôle les signatures autorisées au sein de la PAMF, vérifie celles des clients et des cautions. Vérifie l’existence des signatures des autorités compétentes sur les contrats de prêt, d’hypothèque et de nantissement, sur les documents d’Inscription au Centre d’Immatriculation, et au Greffe du Tribunal.

Qualifications requises:

  • BAC+4 ou avoir au moins trois (3) ans d’expérience en matière de supervision en Microfinance ou pouvant justifier d’une activité de supervision dans un domaine similaire.
  • Avoir une forte personnalité,
  • Être capable de procéder à une analyse critique des dossiers de crédit et de motiver ses recommandations,
  • Être à l’aise avec l’outil informatique,
  • Capacité de synthèse, rigueur, discipline et intégrité,
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression.
