La Première Agence de Microfinance (PAMF) est une Institution de Microfinance établie à Madagascar depuis 2006 dont le Siège Social est sis à 1, Lot II J1/AA, Morarano Alarobia – Antananarivo 101 - Madagascar. Elle est affiliée à l’un des réseaux de développement les plus vastes au monde : le Réseau Aga Khan de développement (AKDN). La mission de la PAMF est de contribuer à la réduction de la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale et économique des personnes les plus vulnérables en améliorant l’accès aux produits et services financiers.

La PAMF est le pionnier du digital dans le Secteur de la Microfinance et a une grande ambition en transformation digitale et bancaire. Afin d’étoffer son équipe jeune, dévouée et dynamique, la PAMF est actuellement à la recherche d’un candidat pour le poste de Guichetier Payeur.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer l’ouverture, l’approvisionnement, la tenue et la fermeture de la caisse, ainsi que les opérations de versement, retrait, encaissement et décaissement.
  • Enregistrer les opérations dans le SIG et les supports dédiés, vérifier la conformité des pièces justificatives et exécuter les opérations autorisées.
  • Application des procédures LAB/LCFT : Vérifier le respect des exigences réglementaires, orienter les clients pour les déclarations d’origine des fonds et signaler toute opération suspecte ou anomalie constatée.
  • Garantir la sécurité des fonds de la caisse et des clients, détecter et confisquer les faux billets conformément aux procédures, et assurer le transfert sécurisé des excédents vers la chambre forte.
  • Classer et archiver les pièces comptables et justificatives.
  • Accueillir les clients, former les nouveaux guichetiers et assister la hiérarchie.

Qualifications requises:

  • Bac+3 en Finance, Banque, Management ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée en opérations de caisse dans la microfinance, la banque ou le secteur financier.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la gestion de caisse, de la manipulation des fonds et des opérations d’encaissement et de décaissement.
  • Bonne connaissance des risques liés à la caisse, des procédures de sécurité et des règles de lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux et le financement du terrorisme (LAB/LCFT).
  • Rigueur, honnêteté, sens de l’organisation, dynamisme et responsabilité.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, aisance relationnelle, intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies,
