Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visuals for digital campaigns
  • Design posts, stories, banners, and motion graphics
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative briefs
  • Ensure consistency across brand materials
  • Stay up to date with design trends and tools
  • Supervise junior designers when needed

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design (preferably in agencies)
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative range
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Animation skills are a strong plus

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager
  • Being able to tweak or write ad copy can be a game-changer in testing and optimization.
  • Knowing how to build dashboards or interpret visuals (Tableau, Looker, even Google Data Studio) is super helpful.
  • Understanding what makes people click, convert, or bounce can boost performance across the board.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, etc., can make collaboration and campaign management smoother.
