The posting

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key driver in attracting top talent—both Thai and international—to support our company’s growth. You’ll have the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies, use modern hiring tools, and bring creative ideas to employer branding.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Key ResponsibilitesQualifications

Key Responsibilites

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with internal teams and parent agency.
  • Design and execute proactive recruitment campaigns, leveraging social media, job boards, and emerging technologies to reach and engage talent.
  • Create attractive job advertisements and recruitment content to strengthen employer branding.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management (daily/monthly).
  • Oversee employment contracts, onboarding programs, new employee registrations, and related HR documentation, ensuring a smooth candidate-to-employee journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer skills: social media platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS.
  • Experience in direct sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and offer closure.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets / Canva.
  • Positive, service-minded, and people-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure.
