1.负责边缘数据转发服务的开发与维护：包括设备实时消息转发、告警与日志转发、跨网数据同步等，保障服务的稳定性、鲁棒性与数据一致性； 2.负责核心通用组件（MySQL、Redis、Kafka、Nginx 等）性能优化，沉淀可复用的组件能力； 3.负责内部研发工具与自动化平台的设计与开发：包括工作流编排与任务调度组件（Workflow / Argo Workflows 等）的集成、封装与二次开发，持续提升团队研发与交付效率； 4.参与业务侧核心服务的开发与迭代，涉及 TCP 长连接、MQTT、Kafka 等协议； 5.参与数据平台相关服务的开发：支撑业务数据的采集、设备日志管理与统计分析，推动数据在业务链路中高效流转； 6.参与平台侧服务的架构设计与性能优化，保障核心业务链路稳定。

1.3-5 年开发经验，计算机相关专业本科及以上； 2.熟练掌握 Python，有独立完成工具、脚本或服务开发的经验，具备良好的代码质量意识；熟悉 Go 者优先； 3.有内部工具 / 自动化平台 / 研发效能相关开发经验，能从实际问题出发抽象出可复用的工具； 4.熟悉常见工作流编排与任务调度组件（Workflow / Argo Workflows 等），有集成或二次开发经验； 5.熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka、Nginx 等常用组件； 6.熟悉 TCP 网络编程与消息协议，有长连接服务（客户端或服务端）开发经验，理解粘包拆包、心跳保活、断线重连等机制； 7.具备良好的问题定位能力与主动性，能独立推动问题闭环。
