核心定位：甲方派驻项目的土建专业现场管理责任人，统筹厂房土建工程（地基基础、主体结构、钢结构、砌体、装饰装修等）的现场施工管控，对土建专业的进度、质量、现场成本负直接责任。 工作职责 1. 现场施工进度管控：编制土建专业施工进度计划，跟踪施工进度，动态调整施工计划，协调解决土建施工进度滞后问题，保障项目总工期目标达成。 2. 现场施工质量管控：负责土建专业施工图纸会审、技术交底，监督施工单位按图施工、按规范施工；参与土建专业隐蔽工程、分部分项工程验收，排查质量隐患，跟踪整改闭环，把控土建施工质量。 3. 现场成本管控：负责土建专业现场签证、设计变更的现场核实、初审与进度跟踪，审核施工单位土建专业进度款申请，组织现场收方，严控现场无效成本。 4. 现场协调管理：统筹土建专业施工单位、监理单位、设计院的现场协调，处理土建施工中的技术问题；协调土建与机电安装等专业的交叉施工，避免工序冲突。 5. 安全与资料管理：配合安全质量监督工程师开展现场安全文明施工管理，落实安全技术措施，排查现场安全隐患；负责土建专业施工资料的审核、整理、归档，配合项目竣工验收、竣工备案、结算审计工作。

任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，土木工程、工民建等相关专业； 2. 持二级及以上注册建造师（建筑工程）、中级工程师职称者优先； 3. 5 年以上工业厂房土建现场施工管理经验，完整跟进过 2 个以上工业厂房项目土建专业全流程现场管理，熟悉钢结构、混凝土工业厂房施工规范与验收标准； 4.优秀的抗压能力，能适应施工现场驻场要求，应对高强度工作； 5. 高度的责任心、原则性强，坚守质量与安全底线。
