1、协助项目经理开展露天煤矿无人驾驶土方剥离的生产计划制定、组织、指挥和协调工作，确保生产任务按时、保质、保量完成，定期分析差异，对露天煤矿的采-装-运-排各个环节清晰明了，能够每周、月分析生产达效与未达效原因，要求具备主观能动性。 2、了解露天煤矿剥离生产调度流程，组织协调各生产环节 3、负责制订细化月度生产计划，并落实计划的实施情况。 4、负责协调，处理项目部与用户、矿方业务合作，确保按期完成生产计划。 5、参加事故的调查、分析提出处理意见，检查技术处理方案的执行情况。 6、了解煤矿无人驾驶原理，有经验者优先

任职要求 学历专业：专科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、矿山机电、自动化等相关专业。 工作经验：3-5 年以上矿山机电设备管理经验，同时具备 3-5 年以上矿山生产管理经验；有 2 个及以上大型矿山生产团队管理或规模化生产项目实操经验者优先。 知识储备：熟悉生产管理（精益生产、流程优化）、矿山生产技术（采矿工艺、设备操作规范）、安全生产与职业健康、质量管理体系等相关知识。 专业证书：持有注册安全工程师证书、矿山生产管理资格证、中级及以上采矿工程师证书者优先。 能力素质：具备团队领导力、跨部门协作能力、突发问题解决能力及高压环境下的决策力；结果导向，能平衡生产、安全、成本多维度目标；安全意识强，能适应矿山高强度、多突发的工作节奏。
