The posting

1、负责公司产品标准化体系建设，统筹产品标准化、通用化、模块化（三化）落地推进，联动研发、采购、生产跨部门执行，减少非标开发，降本增效； 2、建立产品编码体系与标准件库，对接 PDM/ERP/MES 系统，实现标准化资源线上固化；组织标准化制度宣贯与培训，督查落地执行。 3、负责产品 3C 认证全流程管理（申请、送检、工厂审查、证书获取及年度维护），负责矿用产品安全标志（MA/KA）、防爆认证（Ex）及新能源车辆相关认证的申报与维护。 4、负责海外认证全流程管理，包括欧盟 CE、俄罗斯 EAC 及其他目标市场认证；对接海外认证机构与测试实验室，编制中英文认证技术资料。 5、跟踪国内外产品标准与法规更新（GB/T、AQ、MT、UN ECE 等），建立法规动态清单，评估对产品影响，保障产品持续合规。 6、负责标准文件、认证证书的规范化管理与归档，建立证书台账，跟踪有效期与年审；参与产品设计评审，从标准化与认证合规角度提出意见。 完成领导交办的其他工作。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业； 2、3 年及以上产品标准化、产品认证或相关技术管理工作经验； 3、有 3C 认证、防爆认证（Ex）或海外认证（CE、EAC 等）实际操作经验者优先； 4、有汽车整车、工程机械、新能源车辆或矿用设备行业经验者优先； 5、英语听说读写流利，能独立与海外认证机构进行英文沟通，编制中英文认证技术资料，阅读英文标准法规文件； 6、熟悉产品标准化体系建设与三化方法论，精通 3C 认证流程，熟悉海外认证标准（CE、EAC、UN ECE 系列法规）； 7、熟练使用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks，能看懂产品图纸；熟练使用 Office 办公软件，具备较强的技术文档编写能力； 8、工作细致严谨，沟通协调能力强，能有效推动跨部门落实标准化与认证要求，能适应多项目并行的工作节奏。
