1、负责组织开展每日修理厂班前会，强调安全生产，合理安排维修工作分配。每班组织人员对修理厂进行危险源辨识，安排对修理厂设备、设施进行安全检查。 2、负责安排设备的维修、保养正常进行并做出计划，按计划监督落实； 3、负责巡查各工种，作业过程中的安全防护，修理厂人员劳动防护用品的正确穿戴，所有工器具、修理设备的正确使用和存放； 4、负责对维修人员进行车辆维修原理、操作规程及操作注意事项的培训； 5、负责物资领用监管，废旧物品管理，做好修理厂用水、用电、用料的监管，杜绝物资浪费。

1. 学历：大专及以上学历，机械设计制造、机电一体化、车辆工程、自动化、矿山设备运维等相关专业优先。 2. 年龄25-50周岁，身体健康，无职业禁忌症，可适应露天矿山作业环境及倒班、应急值守工作，适配矿山厂区管理制度。 3. 遵纪守法，无重大安全事故追责记录、无违法违纪记录，具备极强的安全红线意识、责任意识和团队管理素养，严格遵守矿山安全生产法规、无人矿车运维管理制度及厂区安全作业规范。 4. 优先持有特种设备安全管理证、工程机械维修高级证、矿山安全管理人员证，熟悉矿山特种作业、无人设备运维持证上岗标准，具备矿山安全管理、设备管理从业资质。 5. 5年及以上矿山工程机械、矿用车辆维修运维经验，3年及以上矿山修理厂、设备运维车间统筹管理经验；具备无人驾驶矿车、电动矿卡、智能运维设备管理经验者优先，熟悉无人矿车整车运维、故障处置、智能系统调试流程 6. 熟知露天矿山安全生产规章制度、无人驾驶矿车运维行业标准、机电设备检修规范、矿山设备安全标准化及双重预防机制管理要求，熟悉矿山设备验收、安全督查、隐患治理相关流程。
