1、构建L4级别基于摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达等传感器的仿真体系和架构（SIL/HIL）； 2、负责仿真平台的开发与工具链建设，提升算法验证效率； 3、完成仿真软件与感知、规控算法的联调，确保软件运行的稳定性； 4、建立关键场景库、测试指标体系及自动化验证流程； 5、负责仿真与实车测试数据联动，形成闭环验证； 6、负责搭建SIL/HIL以及与仿真软件的集成，上位机软件部署及自动化； 7、支持量产交付团队完成功能验证与安全测试； 8、与算法、测试、系统、数据团队协作，持续优化防震能力； 9、负责LogSim回灌工具的闭环开发工作； 10、负责公司先有仿真软件Mock仿真车的二次开发和维护工作；

1、本硕及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业； 2、5年以上自动驾驶仿真开发经验； 3、熟悉VTD、Carmaker、51Simone等主流仿真框架； 4、具备大型ADAS HIL的搭建和与仿真软件系统的集成能力（NI、昆易等）； 5、具备python、C++开发及自动化、云仿真经验； 6、具备体系规划、跨部门协作联合开发的能力； 7、具备LogSim开发经验； 8、具备矿山等L4级别与云端交互仿真的开发经验；
