1. 实车测试执行： 根据测试方案及用例，完成矿区无人驾驶功能测试、版本回归测试及现场专项测试。 2. 测试数据采集： 熟练使用 Linux 基础命令，完成系统日志、ROS/ROS2 Bag 及车辆运行数据的采集与整理。 3. 问题复现与反馈： 准确记录异常现象、触发条件及复现步骤，完成基础排查并及时反馈测试 Owner。 4. 缺陷回归验证： 配合研发完成问题复现、修复验证及回归测试，及时更新测试记录与验证结果。 5. 现场安全与规范： 严格执行矿区安全管理制度及测试操作规范，确保测试过程安全、记录完整、结果可追溯。

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、车辆等相关专业。 2. 3年以上测试或技术支持相关经验，应届优秀毕业生也可考虑。 3. 可以分解需求，能按照测试方案和测试用例完成测试执行。 4. 能准确记录测试结果、异常现象及问题复现步骤。 5. 熟练掌握Linux 基础命令（必须项），熟悉 ROS/ROS2 使用经验优先。（刚需） 6. 能进行基础日志、Bag及车辆数据采集。 7. 具备一定问题分析和故障排查能力。 8. 工作认真，执行力强，能够配合版本测试及回归验证。 9. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。 10. 能接受矿区现场工作安排。
