Software Product Manager

Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote Salary Range: Market Rates Language Requirements: Fluent English; ability to work primarily in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Our client is seeking a hands-on Software Product Manager with experience in B2B SaaS product ownership, backlog management, and rapid feature delivery to join their growing team. You will own core features of a healthcare compliance SaaS platform, driving execution from discovery and prototyping through development and launch. Your work will directly impact product quality, engineering efficiency, and the adoption of intuitive, self-service software by small and mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own core product features from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with product priorities and customer needs.
  • Manage backlog health, sprint readiness, delivery quality, and roadmap execution in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Write clear, actionable Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to execute efficiently.
  • Build prototypes and wireframes using AI tools to define user flows, validate concepts, and improve in-app experiences.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements refinement using a lightweight, pragmatic delivery approach.
  • Translate product vision into prioritized roadmap plans and develop business cases grounded in customer needs.
  • Gather and synthesize customer and prospect feedback, collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership, and drive improvements that increase usability and self-service adoption.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience owning product delivery in a startup or fast-moving organization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including user story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers while understanding system constraints.
  • Experience building products for small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers, with an emphasis on simplicity, usability, and speed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product leaders and engineering teams.
  • Fluent English, availability to work primarily in EST, and a proactive, self-directed mindset comfortable with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology, compliance software, or regulated industries.
  • Experience designing intuitive, self-service product workflows that improve customer adoption and confidence.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for prototyping, wireframing, and improving product management workflows.
  • Experience working in lean product teams that prioritize rapid iteration, independent ownership, and continuous delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an execution-focused product manager who takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply managing tickets. They are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, identifying risks proactively, and working directly with engineering teams to move features from concept to production quickly. They thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where customer impact, clear requirements, and practical problem-solving take priority over heavy processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
