En Nestlé Venezuela nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional, que será responsable de ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los planes comerciales de cuentas clave, trabajando de manera coordinada con el equipo comercial y KAM. Asegurando información confiable para la gestión del negocio, la correcta implementación de iniciativas comerciales y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas.

Su gestión contribuirá a identificar oportunidades de crecimiento rentable y sostenible, así como a fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con clientes estratégicos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Analizar y dar seguimiento al desempeño de indicadores comerciales, identificando oportunidades y riesgos para hacer recomendaciones que contribuyan al cumplimiento de objetivos e impulsen el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
  • Consolidar, validar y actualizar información comercial proveniente de diferentes fuentes y portales del cliente, garantizando reportes oportunos y confiables para la toma de decisiones.
  • Apoyar la ejecución y seguimiento de promociones y actividades de Sell Out, asegurando la correcta implementación de los planes comerciales y la gestión de soportes, aprobaciones y evidencias.
  • Dar seguimiento a la ejecución de espacios comerciales contratados en puntos de venta y medios digitales, verificando su implementación y desempeño frente al plan acordado.
  • Trabajar de manera transversal con equipos comerciales, trade marketing, administración de ventas, marketing y cliente para garantizar una ejecución sobresaliente de los acuerdos comerciales.

Requisitos

Para tener éxito en esta posición...

  • Profesional universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Comunicación Social o carreras afines.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en ventas, marketing, análisis comercial o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de clientes, conocimiento de procesos e indicadores comerciales.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Capacidad analítica para transformar datos en recomendaciones de negocio.
  • Residenciado en Caracas.
