Nestlé Venezuela, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Supervisor de Ventas para trabajar en Mérida, que será responsable de gestionar y garantizar el óptimo desempeño y desarrollo del grupo de vendedores a su cargo, promoviendo el enfoque en los objetivos mensuales de venta, en la gestión de cobranza, excelencia en la ejecución en punto de venta y control de inventarios. Así como, velar por la calidad de nuestros productos en el punto de venta, garantizando el crecimiento rentable y sostenido de los territorios asignados.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Analiza los itinerarios de trabajo según frecuencia y días de visita.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de estrategias de venta y hacer seguimiento a los objetivos de venta.
  • Seguimiento al estatus de la cartera de clientes asignados.
  • Supervisa y evalúa las actividades de merchandising ejecutadas por los Representantes de Venta, según los lineamientos establecidos.
  • Control de inventario en camiones y clientes, para garantizar disponibilidad de portafolio.
  • Garantizar el desarrollo del equipo de ventas, identificando su potencial y opciones de desarrollo.

Requisitos

Para tener éxito en esta posición…

  • Licenciado en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras a fines.
  • 2 años de experiencia en el área de ventas.
  • Vehículo propio disponible.
  • Conocimientos del área comercial, control de inventarios y merchandising.
  • Residenciado en Mérida.
