Iniciativa por los Jóvenes es un programa de Nestlè Venezuela en Alianza con FUNDEI, que tiene como propósito preparar a la siguiente generación de talentos de Venezuela. Buscamos ayudarte en la transición de la universidad al mundo laboral a través de formaciones y capacitaciones, así como el acompañamiento de expertos Nestlé y programas de preparación para el mercado laboral.

Hay dos formas de participar:

  • Como Pasante: lo desempeñan jóvenes que se encuentran en sus últimos semestres/trimestres de la carrera y es un requisito para graduarse de la universidad. Tiene una duración mínima de 6 meses y máxima de 1 año.
  • Como Joven Profesional: lo desempeñan jóvenes que se encuentran en su último semestre/trimestre, que no tienen carga académica o que tienen menos de 2 años de graduados. Tiene una duración de 1 año, en el que se desarrolla un proyecto específico, en alguna de las áreas de negocio de la organización.

  • Estar cursando los últimos semestres de la carrera o tener menos de dos años de graduado.
