En Nestlé Venezuela nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Planificador de Abastecimiento para asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de materias primas y materiales de empaque requeridos por nuestras operaciones, garantizando la continuidad de los planes de producción y contribuyendo a una gestión eficiente de inventarios en toda la cadena de suministro. Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en la planificación de materiales, monitoreo de riesgos de abastecimiento y coordinación con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los planes del negocio.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de materias primas y materiales de empaque mediante el análisis de requerimientos y planes de abastecimiento.
  • Monitorear riesgos de ruptura de materiales e impulsar acciones preventivas para garantizar la continuidad operativa de las plantas.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a planes de abastecimiento locales e importados, coordinando con Compras, Comercio Exterior y proveedores.
  • Analizar coberturas, inventarios, lead times y necesidades futuras para optimizar el suministro de materiales.
  • Mantener actualizados los parámetros de planificación y la información necesaria para la correcta ejecución de los procesos de abastecimiento.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con Producción, Calidad, Logística y demás áreas involucradas para resolver desviaciones e identificar oportunidades de mejora continua.

Requisitos

Para tener éxito en esta posición…

  • Profesional universitario graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción, Ingeniería Química o carreras afines.
  • Excel avanzado como herramienta principal de análisis y gestión.
  • Alta capacidad numérica y facilidad para interpretar grandes volúmenes de información y datos.
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas orientadas a la toma de decisiones.
  • Agilidad de aprendizaje, proactividad y motivación por desarrollarse dentro de Supply Chain.
  • Experiencia o interés en procesos de planificación, abastecimiento, materiales, inventarios o cadena de suministro.
