En Nestlé Venezuela nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Planificador de Distribución para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos terminados en los distintos centros de distribución del país, garantizando niveles óptimos de servicio, inventario y frescura. Esta posición será responsable de coordinar la movilización eficiente de productos dentro de la red logística, anticipar riesgos de abastecimiento y apoyar la toma de decisiones mediante el análisis continuo de información e indicadores operativos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Planificar la distribución y movilización de productos terminados desde fábricas hacia los diferentes centros de distribución del país.
  • Monitorear inventarios, coberturas y niveles de servicio para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos de acuerdo con la demanda.
  • Identificar riesgos de ruptura, restricciones logísticas o desvíos operativos, promoviendo acciones correctivas oportunas.
  • Coordinar planes de distribución con equipos de Logística, Transporte, Ventas, Fábricas y otras áreas clave del negocio.
  • Analizar indicadores operativos y datos de la red logística para garantizar una distribución eficiente y sostenible.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de optimización orientadas a mejorar la frescura de inventarios, la disponibilidad de productos y la efectividad de la red de distribución.

Requisitos

Para tener éxito en esta posición…

  • Profesional universitario graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción, Ingeniería Química o carreras afines.
  • Excel avanzado para el análisis y gestión de información operativa.
  • Sólida capacidad numérica y razonamiento lógico para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Habilidades analíticas para interpretar indicadores de inventario, distribución y servicio.
  • Agilidad para aprender nuevos procesos, herramientas y metodologías de Supply Chain.
  • Interés o experiencia en planificación, logística, distribución, inventarios o gestión de la cadena de suministro.
