Deine Aufgaben

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Incidents und Service Requests in Anlehnung an den ITIL-Standard
  • Unterstützung der IT-Ansprechpersonen an Schulen und bei Geschäftskunden remote via Ticketsystem, am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Wiederherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs von IT-Anlagen und Software-Applikationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der 2nd Level Administration und den anderen IT-Teams
  • Systemunterstütztes Management und Wartung von über 100.000 iOS, Android und Windows Clients
  • Dokumentation von Workarounds, SOP bzw. Lösungsansätzen in einer Wissensdatenbank

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine IT-bezogene Berufsausbildung oder entsprechende nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung
  • Mit gängigen PC-Betriebssystemen wie Windows, iPadOS und Standardapplikationen im MS Windows-Umfeld kennst Du Dich bestens aus
  • Du besitzt erste Erfahrungen in der Anwenderbetreuung, im Support sowie in der Remote-Unterstützung und hast bereits mit Ticketsystemen gearbeitet
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über Kenntnisse im M 365 Support Umfeld und der Tenant-Betreuung
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und auch teamorientiert, die Kommunikation am Telefon bereitet Dir Freude
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
  • Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
