Deine Aufgaben

  • Die Administration und der Betrieb von Firewalls, Switchen und Access Points in Schulen
  • Die Inbetriebnahme von Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Die Analyse und Diagnose von gemeldeten Störungen und deren Behebung vor Ort oder remote
  • Die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Die Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Netzkonzepts für den Betrieb an Schulen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder ein Informatik-Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder konntest als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) vergleichbare Erfahrungen sammeln.
  • Idealerweise besitzt Du Herstellerzertifizierungen von Cisco (CCNA), Aruba (AMF) oder Fortinet (NSE4/5)
  • ITIL und Kundenzufriedenheit sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig ebenso gut wie im Team und bist lösungsorientiert
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus – weitere Sprachen sind willkommen

Deine Erfahrung

Wünschenswert sind (fundierte) Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik, vor allem im Bereich Routing, Switche und VPN
  • Der Betrieb von LAN- und WLAN-Komponenten in heterogenen Umgebungen
  • Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrungen in der Planung und Umsetzung von Netzkonzepten
  • Wünschenswert sind auch Kenntnisse der Hersteller Extreme Networks, HP Aruba sowie Huawei und Fortinet
