Deine Aufgaben

  • 2nd-Level-Support (telefonisch, remote und vor Ort) sowie die Mitarbeit im Ticketsystem
  • (Weiter)-Entwicklung von technischen Systemen für die Bereitstellung von Devices auch hinsichtlich aktueller Sicherheitsempfehlungen sowie -standards
  • Vereinfachung administrativer Tätigkeiten mithilfe von Skripten (z.B. mit Powershell, Batch, Python o.ä.)
  • Verwaltung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Softwareverteilinfrastruktur (OPSI) sowie der bestehenden InTune Systeme
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der für Kunden bereitgestellten Systeme
  • Mitwirken bei der Planung, Steuerung und Betreuung von IT-Projekten und Vorhaben
  • Erstellung von Konzepten sowie Installationsanleitungen
  • Unterstützung bei Consulting Projekten bei Kunden

Wir betreuen über 25.000 Windows Devices und über 110.000 Apple Devices an über 500 Standorten bei Kunden aus dem Education und B2B Bereich. Mit Deinem Fachwissen gestaltest Du die digitale Zukunft von Schulen und Unternehmen aktiv mit. Du entwickelst moderne Device-Management-Lösungen, die unseren Kunden einen sicheren und effizienten Betrieb ihrer Endgeräte ermöglichen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik
  • Idealerweise kannst Du Deine Kenntnisse durch Zertifizierungen oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung nachweisen
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrungen im Einsatz von OPSI und/oder InTune
  • Idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot oder Endpoint Security mit
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig ebenso gut wie im Team
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis, eine ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast Lust technische Systeme nicht nur zu betreuen, sondern auch mit in die Zukunft zu tragen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Optional besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus - Englisch ist von Vorteil

Deine Erfahrung

  • Du bist vertraut mit Microsoft Technologien (Windows Client- und Serverbetriebssysteme, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien)
  • Du hast schon Erfahrungen mit Intune sowie mit Skript- oder Programmiersprachen (Powershell, Python oder andere) sammeln können
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Konzepten und Installationsanleitungen mit
  • Rudimentäre Linux-Kenntnisse vorhanden von Vorteil
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in der Planung und technischen Begleitung von Rollouts
