Du hast eine Leidenschaft für reibungslose IT-Prozesse, moderne Infrastrukturen und weißt, wie man ein Technik-Team zu Höchstleistungen motiviert? Als IT Operations Manager (m/w/d) am Standort Köln bist Du der strategische Kopf unseres „Platform Operations Center“-Teams. Du verantwortest nicht nur den Betrieb, sondern entwickelst unser Portfolio aktiv weiter und bist ein geschätzter Sparringspartner für unsere B2B-Kunden und unseren Vertrieb.

  • Führung mit Vision: Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung unseres Experten-Teams (Windows, Linux, Netzwerk) im „Platform Operations Center“ (2nd-Level) und sorgst für ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden sicher und verantwortest die Personaleinsatzplanung sowie die wirtschaftliche Auslastung Deines Bereichs.
  • Projekte steuern: Du planst, überwachst und steuerst spannende IT-Projekte im Geschäftskundenumfeld und behältst dabei Timelines und Qualität im Blick.
  • Strategie & Wachstum: Du entwickelst unser Kompetenz- und Lösungsportfolio strategisch weiter und baust Dein Team zukunftsorientiert aus.
  • Kunden begeistern: Du unterstützt unseren Vertrieb proaktiv bei Pre-Sales-Terminen und berätst Kunden mit Deiner technischen Expertise auf Augenhöhe.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von IT-Operations-Teams
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung bilden Deine Grundlage
  • Du fühlst dich im Bereich Managed Services und Hosting von Kunden-IT-Infrastrukturen zu Hause und verstehst die technischen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge
  • Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität, unternehmerischem Denken und exzellenten Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B (für gelegentliche Kundenbesuche) runden Dein Profil ab
