Job Description

Vaga para atuar como Assistente de Manutenção (estoque), com apoio às atividades de compras e abastecimento de materiais para manutenção, realizando cotações, acompanhamento de pedidos junto a fornecedores, controle de estoques e identificação de necessidades de reposição. Apoiar processos de importação, atualizar informações nos sistemas e elaborar relatórios e indicadores, contribuindo para a disponibilidade de materiais e o atendimento das demandas da área de manutenção.

Responsibilities

  • Apoiar o planejamento de compras de materiais, peças de reposição e insumos de manutenção.
  • Realizar acompanhamento (follow-up) de pedidos junto a fornecedores, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.
  • Monitorar níveis de estoque e sinalizar necessidades de reposição de materiais críticos.
  • Auxiliar no processo de cotação e aquisição de itens para manutenção.
  • Acompanhar processos de importação e compras especiais de materiais e peças.
  • Atualizar controles e indicadores relacionados ao abastecimento e disponibilidade de materiais.
  • Manter registros e informações de compras e estoque atualizados nos sistemas da empresa.
  • Apoiar a análise de demandas das áreas de manutenção, contribuindo para a disponibilidade dos recursos necessários às operações.
  • Emitir relatórios de acompanhamento de pedidos, estoques e abastecimento.
  • Interagir com fornecedores e áreas internas para garantir o atendimento das necessidades de manutenção.

Qualifications

  • Curso Técnico ou Cursando Ensino superior em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento Pacote Office.
  • Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Perfil proativo, com vontade de aprender e se desenvolver na área;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e lidar com múltiplas demandas;
  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento com prazos;
  • Desejável conhecimento em processos de armazenagem e cadeia de suprimentos de itens de manutenção.
  • Experiência de trabalho com SAP.
