Job Description

El Técnico de Mantenimiento es responsable de ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, con el objetivo de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y la disponibilidad de la maquinaria y los equipos de producción.

Asimismo, brinda soporte técnico en la identificación y solución de fallas, participa en el análisis de problemas recurrentes y contribuye a la implementación de iniciativas de mejora continua, trabajando en colaboración con las diferentes áreas de la organización.

Responsibilities

  • Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en maquinaria y equipos de producción.
  • Atender y solucionar fallas de equipos, buscando restablecer su funcionamiento de manera segura y eficiente.
  • Analizar fallas recurrentes e identificar posibles causas raíz para prevenir su repetición.
  • Dar seguimiento y completar correctamente las rutinas de mantenimiento y órdenes de trabajo correctivas.
  • Participar en la fabricación y construcción de maquinaria de proceso para nuevos proyectos.
  • Apoyar en actividades y programas de mantenimiento programados cuando sea requerido.
  • Mantener las herramientas, equipos y áreas de trabajo en condiciones adecuadas de orden y limpieza.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos y estándares establecidos de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y mantenimiento.
  • Participar en actividades de mejora continua enfocadas en incrementar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Producción, Calidad, Ingeniería, Logística y demás áreas involucradas para la solución de problemas relacionados con los equipos.
  • Cumplir con las prácticas y lineamientos de 5S y seguridad industrial.

Qualifications

  • Carrera técnica en Mantenimiento, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Electricidad, Mecánica, Electrónica o carrera técnica afín.
  • Conocimientos en mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Conocimientos en sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos.
  • Experiencia en diagnóstico y reparación de maquinaria y equipos de producción.
  • Experiencia en la ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos industriales.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar, detectar y corregir fallas en maquinaria y equipos.
  • Conocimiento en interpretación y seguimiento de rutinas y órdenes de mantenimiento.
  • Manejo seguro de herramientas manuales y eléctricas utilizadas en actividades de mantenimiento.
  • Capacidad para identificar fallas recurrentes y participar en análisis de causa raíz.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad industrial y metodología 5S.
  • Capacidad para participar en la instalación, modificación y puesta en marcha de equipos y maquinaria.
  • Disponibilidad para atender fallas y mantenimientos programados de acuerdo con las necesidades de producción.
  • Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas.
  • Compromiso con el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y mantenimiento establecidos por la organización.
