Job Description

Für die termingerechte und effiziente Steuerung unserer Produktionsprozesse suchen wir einen engagierten Production Planner/ Produktionssteuerer (m/w/d) am Standort Karben. Die Stelle ist befristet bis 31.12.2028.

Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für die operative Produktionsplanung und -steuerung unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenbedarfen, Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Lieferterminen
  • Erstellung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsplänen zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Kundenbelieferung
  • Abstimmung und Koordination mit den Bereichen Produktion, Disposition, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Qualität
  • Analyse von Bedarfs- und Kapazitätsentwicklungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Engpässen oder Abweichungen
  • Überwachung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Produktionsfortschritten sowie Priorisierung bei kurzfristigen Änderungen
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung von Personal, Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Bestandsmanagement und Überwachung relevanter Planungskennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei Eskalationen hinsichtlich Lieferfähigkeit, Materialverfügbarkeit und Produktionsengpässen

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Produktionssteuerung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen im Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
