Job Description

Wir suchen ab sofort einen HR Service Delivery Specialist (m/w/d) für den Standort Hann. Münden oder Waltershausen. Die Position ist befristet auf 1 Jahr. Als Teil des HR-Teams suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n HR Services Delivery Specialist, um kritische HR-Prozesse zu steuern, zu überwachen und umzusetzen und so die HR Business Partner zu unterstützen. Sie arbeiten bereichsübergreifend operativ in den Feldern Workforce Data Management, Time & Attendance sowie Payroll und wirken bei der Implementierung von internen und systemseitigen Änderungen mit.

Responsibilities

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Pflege, Freigabe und Weiterleitung von sensiblen oder komplexen Änderungen an Mitarbeitendendaten sowie ggf. erforderlichen Eskalationen
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit unserem Service Provider, Behörden sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Information und Beratung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in allen standardisierten personalrelevanten Fragestellungen (z.B. Elternzeit, Pflegezeit, BEM, etc.)
  • Durchführung und Prüfung von Berechnungen von Abrechnungen (z.B. Abfindungen; Austritte, Abschlusszahlungen)
  • Sicherstellung korrekter Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Prozesse, Prüfung und Freigabe relevanter Systemänderungen sowie nicht standardisierter individueller Prozesse insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Umstellung unseres BPOs
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Reporting-, Compliance- und Archivierungsanforderungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie im Change- und Berechtigungsmanagement

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR Operations, Payroll oder Shared Services in einem multinationalen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit HR- und Payroll-Systemen (z.B. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle).
  • Erfahrung im Manteltarifvertrag Kautschuk sowie Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkweise, Detailgenauigkeit und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
