Role: Head of UK Sales Location: London Salary: £100,000 basic plus benefits

Ever wanted to build the UK business from scratch, but with the backing of an established international brand?

I'm working with a beauty brand that has doubled in size globally over the last five years and is aiming for even bigger things. The UK is the next big chapter.

They're looking for their first-ever Head of UK Sales to shape the strategy while staying hands-on with retailers and new business.

The role

  • Own the UK commercial strategy and set channel priorities across prestige and department stores, health and beauty and lifestyle retail.
  • Lead existing retailer relationships and open up new retail and e-commerce opportunities
  • Negotiate terms, ranging, promotional calendars and trade investment
  • Design the UK structure and make the key early hires

About you

  • Proven senior sales leadership in beauty, skincare, wellness, ideally at Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager level
  • Strong relationships with UK beauty and lifestyle retailers
  • Commercially sharp, P&L-aware, and comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build something from the ground up
