Newrest ist im Auftrag der ÖBB verantwortlich für den Service, das Catering und betrieblichen Tätigkeiten an Bord der ÖBB NightJets.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Kontrolle von Daten, Übersichten und Auswertungen
  • Monitoring und konsequente Nachverfolgung offener Aufgaben, Fristen und Rückmeldungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Mitarbeitenden, Auftraggeber:innen sowie externen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen, Reports und administrativen Übersichten
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

Das bringst du mit:

  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Daten und Auswertungen
  • Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Freude am Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Beharrlichkeit bei der Nachverfolgung offener Aufgaben
  • Keine Scheu, Themen aktiv anzusprechen und vereinbarte Aufgaben konsequent einzufordern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
