Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Data Analyst H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Tu intégreras un compte majeur du secteur public pour accompagner les utilisateurs métiers et support dans l'analyse et l'exploitation de données stratégiques. Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Data, ta mission en tant que Data Analyst sera de gérer le requêtage, les extractions complexes et la création de reportings réglementaires. Tu bénéficieras d'une période de transmission des connaissances (KT) de deux semaines avec la personne en poste pour assurer une prise en main optimale.

Tes missions :

Cadrage & Support Métier :

  • Tu participeras au cadrage, à la définition des périmètres et à la mise en place des process.
  • Tu répondras aux demandes de mise à disposition de données et aux sollicitations de la file DSI-données.
  • Tu participeras aux réunions et ateliers métiers, rédigeras les comptes-rendus et assureras le suivi d’activité.

Analyse & Maintenance Référentiel :

  • Tu réaliseras les analyses de données et produiras les reportings réglementaires via l'outil DataViz BO Saphir et du requêtage BDD.
  • Tu traiteras les demandes de maintenance du référentiel de données et rédigeras des scripts Python de nettoyage/qualité avant chargement.
  • Tu accompagneras l'équipe Data Intégration sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de traitement.

Tes livrables :

  • Tes comptes-rendus d’intervention mensuels.
  • Tes tableaux de bord de suivi des demandes.
  • Tes recommandations d’automatisation ou de simplification (rapport d’audit/étonnement).

Qualifications

Tu justifies d'une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement grand compte ou secteur public.

Tu as une très bonne connaissance de Business Object (BO) et maîtrise impérative du requêtage en base de données (SQL). La maîtrise de Python est un plus apprécié.

Tu fais preuve d'une grande autonomie et d'une excellente capacité d'adaptation pour évoluer efficacement dans un environnement complexe.
