AI Engineering Lead

Projekt: 🚀 Kanadyjski software house buduje innowacyjną platformę chmurową (AWS) służącą do prognozowania zapotrzebowania i inteligentnego operowania przepływem surowców na skalę globalną. Poszukujemy osoby, która zaprojektuje swoiste centrum dowodzenia oparte na agentach AI. Ten zautomatyzowany system będzie analizował anomalie rynkowe i integrował się z obszernymi jeziorami danych oraz zewnętrznymi API.

Stack technologiczny: 💻 Pydantic, Claude/Cursor, Python, LangChain lub LangGraph, infrastruktura Lakehouse (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, ewentualnie BigQuery/Snowflake), AWS.

Zespół: 👥 Wejdziesz w skład 10-osobowej grupy produktowej (w tym inżynierowie specjalizujący się we Frontendzie i Backendzie, projektant UX oraz Product Owner).

Model współpracy: 🌍 100% zdalnie

Wynagrodzenie: 💰 220 - 270 zł netto + VAT / h

Start współpracy: 📅 Najpóźniej do lipca

Zakres obowiązków: 🎯

  • Budowa oraz skalowanie architektury wieloagentowej, od etapu prototypu aż po stabilne środowisko produkcyjne.
  • Ciągła analiza i redukcja kosztów (optymalizacja zużycia tokenów) oraz poprawa wydajności procesów decyzyjnych AI.
  • Definiowanie ustrukturyzowanych przepływów danych z wykorzystaniem biblioteki Pydantic.
  • Projektowanie i implementacja zabezpieczeń przed atakami na modele LLM (w tym blokowanie niepożądanego eksportu danych czy prompt injection).
  • Przygotowywanie zestawów testowych do bieżącej walidacji skuteczności agentów po aktualizacjach modeli językowych.

Oczekujemy: 📌

  • Udokumentowanego, bardzo intensywnego doświadczenia komercyjnego we wdrażaniu i utrzymywaniu zaawansowanych systemów agentowych.
  • Dowodów na udane wdrożenia produkcyjne rozwiązań AI (praca z rzeczywistym ruchem i danymi, a nie tylko środowiskami testowymi).
  • Silnego backgroundu programistycznego w Pythonie.
  • Orientacji w budowie i architekturze rozwiązań klasy Data Lakehouse.
  • Biegłości w wykorzystaniu LangGraph lub LangChain.
  • Rozwiniętych zdolności interpersonalnych - szukamy kogoś, kto potrafi przejąć techniczną inicjatywę, wyznaczać standardy i lubi pracę z ludźmi.
