Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej firmy z branży produkcyjnej, poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:

IT Manager

Projekt: Nadzór nad całokształtem obszaru technologicznego w firmie z sektora produkcyjnego. Rola obejmuje utrzymanie i rozwój systemów biznesowych, infrastruktury serwerowo-sieciowej oraz bezawaryjności procesów.

Stack technologiczny: System ERP, Microsoft 365, Power BI, systemy operacyjne z rodziny Windows, rozwiązania z zakresu bezpieczeństwa sieciowego i infrastruktury.

Zespół: Zarządzanie zespołem, a także nadzór nad relacjami z dostawcami zewnętrznymi wspierającymi poszczególne aplikacje.

Model współpracy: 100% praca stacjonarna z biura w okolicach Krakowa.

Wynagrodzenie: 15 000 - 20 000 PLN brutto UoP + premie

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wyznaczanie celów strategicznych i rozwijanie środowiska IT w pełnej synchronizacji z potrzebami operacyjnymi firmy.
  • Nadzór nad płynnym funkcjonowaniem, utrzymaniem i modyfikacjami systemu ERP oraz narzędzi wspomagających logistykę, produkcję i sprzedaż.
  • Prowadzenie złożonych inicjatyw cyfryzacyjnych, wdrażanie automatyzacji procesów oraz rozbudowa raportowania BI.
  • Pełna koordynacja projektu dostosowania organizacji do norm cyberbezpieczeństwa NIS2 przy wsparciu podmiotów zewnętrznych.
  • Bezpośrednia, partnerska współpraca z kadrami zarządzającymi oraz przekładanie wymogów biznesu na specyfikacje dla zewnętrznych dostawców i integratorów IT.
  • Zapewnienie stabilności, ciągłości działania i wysoki poziom ochrony infrastruktury serwerowo-sieciowej oraz środowiska Microsoft 365.
  • Kierowanie zespołem specjalistów IT, dbanie o efektywność wsparcia użytkowników wewnętrznych oraz rozwój kompetencji w dziale.

Oczekujemy:

  • Minimum 4-6 lat doświadczenia na stanowiskach związanych z koordynacją IT, zarządzaniem zespołem lub pełnieniem roli lidera technologicznego.
  • Znajomości specyfiki funkcjonowania środowiska IT w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych lub dystrybucyjnych.
  • Doświadczenia w pracy z systemami klasy ERP (zarządzanie, modyfikacje lub rozwój).
  • Praktycznej wiedzy z zakresu zarządzania infrastrukturą IT, bezpieczeństwa danych, wirtualizacji oraz środowiska Microsoft 365.
  • Doświadczenia we współpracy z zewnętrznymi dostawcami oprogramowania i usług IT.
  • Zrozumienia standardów z zakresu cyberbezpieczeństwa oraz ochrony informacji.
  • Silnej orientacji biznesowej, pragmatyzmu i umiejętności klarownego komunikowania zagadnień technicznych w prosty sposób.
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym sprawne korzystanie z dokumentacji technicznej.
