Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: IT Infrastructure Team Lead

Projekt: 📦 Zapewnienie ciągłości działania infrastruktury IT oraz koordynacja pracy inżynierów wsparcia dla dynamicznie rosnącego klienta z sektora logistycznego (firma z kapitałem niemieckim).

Stack technologiczny: 🖥️ Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, SQL, DNS, DHCP. Mile widziana znajomość środowiska Linux.

Zespół: 👥 Zarządzanie kilkuosobową grupą inżynierów (4-6 osób), co stanowi około 70% codziennych zadań.

Model współpracy: 🏢 Praca w hybrydowa z biura w Toruniu.

Start współpracy: 🚀 Od zaraz / ASAP.

Zakres obowiązków: 📋

  • Organizacja pracy zespołu wsparcia oraz dbanie o bezawaryjne funkcjonowanie systemów informatycznych.
  • Kompleksowe wsparcie technologiczne dla użytkowników, w tym doradztwo i prowadzenie szkoleń wewnętrznych.
  • Administracja infrastrukturą serwerową (rozwiązania fizyczne i wirtualne) oraz utrzymanie sieci lokalnej (okablowanie, urządzenia aktywne, środowisko LAN/WAN).
  • Praca z systemami bazodanowymi, w tym tworzenie zapytań i raportowanie przy użyciu języka SQL.
  • Wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań sprzętowych i oprogramowania, a także koordynacja wewnętrznych projektów IT.
  • Rozliczanie zadań delegowanych pracownikom oraz nadzór nad terminowością i wysoką jakością ich wykonania.
  • Stały kontakt z zewnętrznymi dostawcami usług i autoryzowanymi serwisami.

Oczekujemy: 🎯

  • Wcześniejszego doświadczenia na stanowisku liderskim, koordynatorskim lub zarządczym w obszarze infrastruktury IT.
  • Swobody w zarządzaniu i konfiguracji systemów Windows Server oraz środowiska wirtualizacji VMware.
  • Biegłej znajomości usług sieciowych (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) i zasad działania sieci komputerowych.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka SQL oraz obsługi relacyjnych baz danych.
  • Wykształcenia wyższego kierunkowego (informatyka, minimum stopień inżyniera).
  • Umiejętności analitycznego rozwiązywania problemów, samodzielności oraz wysokich zdolności komunikacyjnych.
  • Czynnego prawa jazdy kategorii B.
