Senior Software Developer (Kotlin)

🚀 Projekt: Dołączysz do zespołu rozwijającego innowacyjną platformę klasy FinTech, służącą do automatycznej optymalizacji zasobów inwestycyjnych dla sektora B2B. System zaawansowanie agreguje kapitał i alokuje go na globalnych rynkach finansowych, co skutecznie stabilizuje ryzyko i generuje dodatkowe, zyskowne strumienie przychodów dla klientów. Jest to stale rozwijany autorski produkt.

💻 Stack technologiczny: Kotlin, Spring Boot, architektura mikrousług (AWS), Docker, Terraform, MongoDB (oraz SQL), Lambda/ECS.

👥 Zespół: Rozproszony i międzynarodowy team - 8 inżynierów w Polsce.

🔄 Metodyka pracy: Agile / Scrum.

💰 Wynagrodzenie na poziomie: 150 - 185 zł net plus VAT/h.

🤝 Model współpracy: Kontrakt B2B, praca w modelu hybrydowym (Wrocław).

🎯 Zakres obowiązków:

  • Aktywny rozwój i utrzymanie innowacyjnego produktu w branży nowoczesnych technologii finansowych.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie architektury opartej o mikrousługi w środowisku chmurowym AWS.
  • Tworzenie skalowalnego, testowalnego i czystego kodu.
  • Bliska współpraca z biznesem w celu precyzyjnego przekładania wymagań na zadania techniczne.
  • Branie odpowiedzialności za realizowane zadania oraz dbanie o najwyższe standardy techniczne i jakość rozwiązań.

✅ Oczekujemy:

  • Biegłej znajomości języka polskiego oraz angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.
  • Minimum około 5/6 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia w obszarze programowania.
  • Solidnego doświadczenia w programowaniu z użyciem Kotlina (minimum 1 rok komercyjnego doswiadczenia) i frameworka Spring Boot.
  • Praktycznej umiejętności budowania aplikacji w architekturze mikroserwisowej z wykorzystaniem chmury AWS.
  • Zrozumienia procesu wytwarzania oprogramowania (Scrum/Agile) i podejścia produktowego.
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie z narzędziami CI/CD, konteneryzacją (Docker), bazami danych (MongoDB, SQL) oraz narzędziami klasy IaC (Terraform).
