Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:

Tech Leader (Go/Smart Contracts)

Projekt: 🚀 Budowa od podstaw (greenfield) innowacyjnej, rozproszonej platformy do przetwarzania danych transakcyjnych i inwestycyjnych oraz nowej warstwy API, projektowanej w oparciu o sztuczną inteligencję. Stack technologiczny: 💻 Golang (Go), TypeScript, Solidity, narzędzia AI (np. Cursor, Claude Code). Zespół: 👥 Nowo formowany zespół ekspertów (ok. 6 osób) skupiony na wdrażaniu nowatorskich rozwiązań.

Metodyka pracy: ⚙️ Praca asynchroniczna w międzynarodowym modelu "Follow-the-Sun", silne podejście AI-Native. Model współpracy: 🤝 100% zdalnie, kontrakt B2B.

Start: 200 - 300 zł net plus VAT/h. Start współpracy: 📅 ASAP.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Tworzenie i rozwijanie od zera zaawansowanej architektury dla platformy przetwarzającej dane rynkowe (notowania, realizacje transakcji) z wykorzystaniem języka Go.
  • Implementowanie i optymalizacja mechanizmów odpowiedzialnych za komponowanie oraz płynne rebalansowanie strategii inwestycyjnych.
  • Projektowanie i budowa wysokowydajnych strumieni zdarzeń (event pipelines) działających w czasie rzeczywistym.
  • Kreowanie i utrzymywanie bezpiecznych, skalowalnych interfejsów API, które udostępniają dane oraz funkcje tradingowe dla zewnętrznych systemów.

Oczekujemy:

  • Biegłości w tworzeniu kodu w języku Go - będzie to podstawowe narzędzie w Twojej codziennej pracy.
  • Minimum 6 lat udokumentowanego doświadczenia w projektowaniu architektury złożonych systemów (najlepiej w obszarze fintech, rynków kapitałowych, bankowości czy systemów transakcyjnych).
  • Komercyjnego doświadczenia w programowaniu w TypeScript oraz praktycznej znajomości Solidity w kontekście tworzenia smart kontraktów.
  • Biegłości w wykorzystywaniu nowoczesnych asystentów AI (takich jak Claude czy Cursor) oraz agentów w celu usprawniania i przyspieszania procesu deweloperskiego.
  • Umiejętności skutecznego wdrażania skomplikowanych modeli danych prosto do funkcjonujących środowisk produkcyjnych.
