如果你对 AI、智能硬件、车载操作系统感兴趣，也希望把课堂里学到的计算机、通信、嵌入式知识真正用到复杂系统中，欢迎加入我们。这个岗位会带你深入真实的软硬件研发场景，一起建设更高效、更智能的测试体系。 工作内容包括： 参与真实业务测试 参与车载操作系统、整车软件集成系统等方向的测试工作，帮助团队发现问题、定位问题，并输出清晰的测试报告； 参与建设和维护测试流水线，包括 CI/CD、硬件联动测试等，让测试过程更自动化、更高效； 接触并测试常见硬件接口与通信协议，例如 I2C、SPI、UART、CAN、Ethernet 等； 沉淀测试文档、操作手册和经验总结，把你的实践转化为团队可以复用的方法。 维护测试环境和测试工具 根据实际业务需求，参与测试工具的需求分析、开发和日常维护； 搭建和维护测试环境，管理测试样件与设备，并协助解决测试设备使用过程中的问题； 在实践中提升脚本开发、自动化测试、设备调试和问题分析能力。 探索 AI Agent 测试能力建设 参与构建面向测试场景的 AI Agent，用 AI 提升测试效率和产品质量； 对 AI Agent 类产品进行功能、性能、稳定性等方面的评测，发现问题并形成评测结论； 和团队一起探索 AI 在测试开发中的更多落地方式。

本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、自动化等相关理工科专业优先； 对 AI、新技术和工程实践有热情，愿意主动学习并尝试使用 AI 工具； 具备较好的逻辑思维能力、学习能力和代码基础，喜欢动手解决问题； 了解计算机网络或通信基础知识，能写出清晰、规范的代码和文档； 做事认真负责，有交付意识，遇到问题愿意主动分析、沟通和推进； 具备良好的团队协作意识，愿意和不同方向的同学、工程师一起完成复杂任务。 加分项 做过车载系统、IoT 设备、嵌入式硬件相关的测试或开发项目，例如 Jetson、树莓派、STM32 等； 熟悉以太网通信原理，了解交换机配置、VLAN 划分、网络抓包分析工具，如 Wireshark、TCPDump，并有实际调试经验； 使用过示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、网络分析仪等硬件测试工具； 在全国性比赛中取得过二等奖及以上成绩，个人或团队项目均可。
