1. 2027届应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，微电子、电子工程、计算机科学、集成电路等相关专业； 2. 扎实的数字电路基础，熟悉计算机体系结构； 8. 熟悉Verilog或SystemVerilog硬件描述语言； 3. 设计方向：对处理器架构（如RISC-V/NPU/CPU）、总线（如AMBA/AXI）、或计算单元设计有浓厚兴趣； 4. 具备出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力，以及良好的团队沟通和协作精神； 加分项（满足更佳）： 1.有基于FPGA的项目实践经验（如学科竞赛、课程设计、个人项目）； 2.熟悉Python/C++ 等语言，并用于算法建模或工具开发； 3.对机器学习/深度学习基本原理有了解，或参加过相关课程/项目； 4.有ASIC实际项目经验或系统性的学习经历； 5.熟悉Linux操作环境及基本的脚本编写能力；良好的英文文献阅读能力；
