1. 参与产品（包含AI智能体）全流程质量保障工作，包括需求分析、设计评审，制定测试计划，设计和执行测试用例，进行缺陷跟踪和软件质量分析等； 2. 根据业务的特点，制定合适的技术和测试方案，解决有挑战的问题，运用多种测试手段高效地保障产品交付质量（含智能体交付效果评测）； 3. 开发自动化测试脚本，提高测试覆盖率、有效性和效率，降低维护成本； 4. 与开发、产品、项目团队密切配合，参与产品研发流程中各个环节的活动，共同提升技术指标和业务指标。 5. 对软件问题进行跟踪分析和报告，推动测试中发现的问题及时合理地解决，并通过总结、对外交流、技术钻研和培训，进行测试过程和测试方法的持续改进

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉C/C++/Java/Python等至少一种编程语言，熟悉Mysql等数据库，熟悉jdbc、mybatis等； 3. 了解模型和agent相关知识，比如微调、评估、harness engnieering等； 4. 熟悉git、jenkins等配置和使用； 5. 了解AI模型测试工具或可扩展测试工具开发者优先，熟悉AI理论者优先，有AI产品测试经验（如对话机器人、智能推荐系统、视觉识别等）者优先； 6. 有责任心，思路清晰，善于发现、分析和解决问题，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力；
