1. 跟踪 AI 在业务领域的前沿应用，挖掘业务部门在运营与执行中的场景痛点，结合 AI 技术提出创新性优化方案，助力突破业务流程中的效率瓶颈。 2. 协助业务数字化 AI 产品实施，深入业务运营与问题解决场景开展需求调研，参与 AI 功能设计，辅助撰写需求文档，聚焦 AI 技术对业务环节的提效，优化产品易用性与通用性。 3. 协同技术开发团队、AI 算法团队及业务用户，推进业务运营与快速问题解决相关 AI 功能的落地验证，跟进需求实现节奏，反馈测试过程中的关键表现（如 AI 分析准确性、业务数据适配性），确保功能贴合业务实际需求。 4. 以数据为导向，辅助分析 AI 产品在业务运营（如业务风险预防）、快速问题解决等场景下的应用效果，评估产品提效价值，从用户视角优化数字化方案，探索 AI 驱动的创新业务解决方案。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、管理科学与工程等相关专业优先，2025 届或2026届毕业生；对 AI 技术（如 RAG、Prompt、上下文工程等）有深入了解并理解基础原理，具备快速学习 AI 新知识的能力，能主动跟进行业前沿 AI 在业务领域的应用。 2. 具备 B 端产品思维，了解产品设计基础逻辑，拥有创新思考能力； 3. 具备良好的逻辑分析、沟通协作能力，能够与多团队协同，清晰传递需求与创新思路；有 Dify、扣子等工具使用经验，或有利用 AI 工具提升工作/生活效率的实践，具备数据分析能力者优先。 4. 有 AI 产品相关实习或项目经历（如参与 AI 驱动的业务解决方案设计）者优先。
