系统建设与AI融合：负责产品体验领域对内数字化系统工具的全生命周期管理，深度参与系统工具的搭建与迭代，重点推动AI能力与系统工具的深度融合，涵盖产品定义、AI应用场景设计、解决方案落地等全链路工作。 需求分析与推进：主导系统工具侧的需求规划与沟通，完成需求拆解、分析及优先级判断，输出清晰的需求文档与业务结论，协同研发、算法、数据及业务团队对齐目标，推动需求高效落地。 用户响应与运维保障：承接业务侧用户的日常问题响应与技术支持，负责线上问题的排查、处理及运维跟进，与开发团队共同保障系统工具的稳定性与可用性。 痛点挖掘与体验驱动：基于日常使用数据及用户反馈，主动挖掘业务痛点与产品优化机会，持续驱动系统工具的功能迭代与用户体验提升。

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数据科学、人工智能等相关专业优先； 对数字化产品工具有基本认知，了解飞书项目、JIRA等项目管理/协作工具者优先； 具备快速学习能力与逻辑思辨能力，对AI及新技术有强烈好奇心，关注AI技术发展趋势，有相关实践或项目经验者优先； 有产品设计、产品运营、系统工具搭建、或开发相关实习/项目经历者优先； 具备良好的团队协作意识与责任心，及优秀的跨团队沟通与协调推进能力； 具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力，可满足日常英文文档阅读及跨场景业务沟通需求。
