-本科或硕士应届毕业生，专业不限（计算机、人工智能、设计、心理学等相关专业优先）； -对 AI 技术有浓厚兴趣和深度理解，是 AI 工具的深度用户，有 AI 产品项目或 hackathon 经验者优先； -了解大模型（LLM/VLM）的基本原理、能力边界与应用模式，有 Prompt Engineering、AI Agent 产品设计经验者优先； -具备良好的逻辑分析和数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动产品决策； -具备优秀的沟通表达能力与跨团队协作能力，能够在技术与用户之间搭建桥梁； -好奇心强，学习能力强，适应快速变化的环境，对 AI 驱动的产品创新有持续热情； -有产品实习经验、个人 AI 作品或产品分析博客者优先。
