The posting

负责汽车电子产品PCB相关封装库搭建与维护，完成各类元器件Symbol原理图符号、Footprint贴片/插件封装、3D模型封装的设计、制作、管理工作，保障封装库的准确性、规范性与通用性，适配汽车研发产品设计需求。 承担封装库审核工作，严格核对元器件参数、封装尺寸、3D适配性等关键信息，排查封装设计隐患，修正各类不规范、错误封装数据，统一公司PCB封装设计标准。 协助研发团队完成汽车PCB Layout工程设计相关工作，配合硬件原理图进行PCB布局、布线、优化整改，跟进设计全流程，保障PCB设计贴合产品功能、性能及量产要求。 负责PCB设计相关技术文档、规范文件的编写、整理、汇总与更新，包括封装设计规范、PCB Layout设计准则、设计总结、交付报告等，完善研发设计资料体系，支撑项目迭代与技术沉淀。 配合项目研发进度，完成PCB设计相关交付工作，对接研发、测试、生产等相关部门，解答PCB设计、封装相关基础技术问题，配合完成产品调试、优化整改工作。

学历专业：2027届本科及以上学历，电子信息、电气工程、微电子、自动化、电路与系统等相关专业。 技能基础：掌握PCB设计基本理论知识，了解Altium Designer、Cadence、PADS等任意一款主流PCB设计软件；熟悉元器件封装、原理图符号、3D封装制作基本流程，有相关课程设计、项目实操经验者优先。 职业素养：了解电子电路基础原理，熟悉常用电子元器件特性，具备基础的图纸读图、问题排查能力；做事严谨细致、责任心强，对PCB设计规范性、准确性有严格要求。 能力特质：具备良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，能够快速适配汽车研发工作节奏，服从岗位工作安排，积极配合项目进度完成各项工作任务。 其他要求：态度端正、踏实肯干，热爱硬件研发设计工作，有志于长期从事PCB Layout设计、硬件研发相关工作，无不良从业习惯。
