该岗位负责 VMBC 测试解决方案体系的软硬件能力建设，聚焦测试环境（HiL/台架）、测试自动化（工具链/中间件/管理平台）及测试工厂三大核心板块，为整车数字+机械强耦合系统的验证提供先进、高效、可复用的软硬件一体化测试基础设施与方法。

1. 测试硬件方案设计与集成 — 参与桌面 HiL、柔性 HiL 总体方案设计，协调跨部门及供应商完成 I/O 模块、信号调理、故障注入、功率接口及机械工装详细设计；组织关键硬件选型验证与成本方案优化，形成技术选型基线库。 2. 测试台架建设与交付 — 参与台架电气系统、数字系统、仿真模型、负载闭环及安全系统详细设计与集成调试；实施台架出厂测试、现场测试及验收测试，确保按期按质交付。 3. 资源运维与健康管理 — 建立台架与设备全生命周期档案，执行周期性校准、预防性维护和健康监测；运用信息化手段分析设备利用率、切换效率、故障率等指标，持续优化资源配置。 4. 自动化测试工具开发 — 参与自动化测试框架、测试中间件的设计与开发；基于 Python/C++ 编写测试脚本与数据采集分析工具，提升回归测试效率。 5. 测试管理平台建设 — 参与测试管理平台的架构设计与迭代开发（FastAPI + React + 数据库），支撑测试用例管理、任务调度、结果追溯与数据大屏可视化。 6. 仿真与AI赋能探索 — 与仿真团队、DevOps 团队协作实现 CT（持续测试）环节落地；探索 AI 在测试脚本生成、测试用例优化、故障诊断中的工程化应用。 7. 安全与持续优化 — 严格执行电气安全、功能安全及信息安全规范；参与测试基础设施技术攻关与迭代升级，突破软硬解耦、快速换装、远程诊断等关键技术。

学历与专业 - 2027 届硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子信息工程、计算机科学、软件工程、机械电子工程等相关专业。

技术能力 - 熟练掌握 Python 或 C/C++，具备扎实的编程与脚本开发能力。 - 了解硬件在环（HiL）测试基本原理，有 Simulink / CarMaker / dSPACE / NI 等仿真或测试平台使用经验者优先。 - 了解汽车电子电气架构（EEA）、车载总线协议（CAN/LIN/Ethernet）及诊断协议（UDS/DoIP）基础知识。 - 了解至少一种 Web 开发框架（FastAPI / Flask / React / Vue）或数据库（SQLite / PostgreSQL），有前后端项目实践经验者优先。 - 了解 Linux 操作系统基本使用，有 Shell 脚本编写能力。

AI 与数据能力 - 了解机器学习/深度学习基本概念，有 PyTorch / TensorFlow 基础使用经验或课程项目经历。 - 对 AI 在测试领域的应用（如自然语言生成测试用例、智能故障分类、测试图像识别）有浓厚兴趣。
