1.熟悉ADAS系统，包括传感器、执行器等； 2.熟悉ADAS原理，有ADAS开发或测试经验； 3.掌握车辆CAN、以太网等通讯诊断相关知识，熟练使用数据分析工具- CANoe等； 4.熟悉Python/Linux，擅长编写测试脚本和工具提高测试效率，和利用大数据分析验证测试方案； 5.动手能力强，具备独立解决问题能力； 6.有L3/L4开发测试经验优先；
