1、参与运营决策引擎及安全运营体系开发搭建工作，研究并搭建业务+安全双维度指标体系，通过数据指标监控、分析与复盘，支撑业务高效运营与安全合规决策，为运营风险管控、安全优化迭代提供数据支撑。 2、负责建立和完善数据科学、数据分析及安全运营数据分析体系，搭建配套分析工具、监控模板与标准化流程，规范业务数据、安全运营数据的统计口径与应用标准，提升安全运营数据分析效率与规范化水平。 3、结合业务发展及安全运营管理需求，独立完成各类数据专项课题分析、安全运营场景专项研判，依托数据洞察、定性定量分析、数据模型建设，精准定位业务运营漏洞、安全管控隐患、流程风险问题，同时挖掘业务优化机会、安全运营提升空间，输出可落地的优化方案。 4、负责日常安全运营数据监控、风险预警、异常溯源，定期输出业务运营及安全运营分析报告，复盘安全管控、运营管理中的问题，迭代优化风控策略与运营机制，助力业务安全、合规、稳定运行。 5、联动业务、风控、合规等相关团队，落地数据优化、安全运营整改及策略迭代工作，沉淀安全运营数据方法论与最佳实践，持续完善整体运营管控体系。

1、数学、统计学、计算机、数据科学、网络安全、信息安全等理工科相关专业，硕士（含）以上学历，具备安全运营、数据分析相关实习或工作经验者优先。 2、具备系统化的数据分析、安全运营分析方法论，熟练掌握各类数据分析工具，能够独立完成业务数据、安全运营数据的挖掘、统计、分析与建模工作，具备扎实的数据落地应用能力。 3、具备优秀的业务洞察力和数据敏感度，逻辑思维清晰，熟悉企业安全运营、风险管控、合规管理基本逻辑，能够快速识别业务运营及安全管控中的潜在风险、漏洞与优化机会。 4、具备极强的逻辑思维能力，良好的文字功底、沟通表达及跨部门组织协调能力，能够高效联动各团队推进数据优化、安全整改、运营迭代等相关工作。 5、具备严谨细致的工作态度，对数据安全、业务合规、风险管控有较高认知，能够严格遵守数据安全管理规范，保障数据使用、运营分析全流程合规安全。
