  • 工厂设备维修技术支持及已投设备维护、持续改进工作等；
  • 工厂设备异常分析，制定根本解决方案，培训人员自主维护；
  • 新项目设计评审，根据量产需求提出整改意见，同时进行Lesson Learn导入；
  • 新项目调试跟踪，建立设备问题清单跟踪及关闭
  • 开展设备的日常及长周期的保养；
  • 更新管理设备相关文档，进行合理的修订和发放；
  • 负责制订设备的备件计划；
  • 完成主管领导安排的其他工作；
  • 大学本科及以上学历，机械及机电一体化等相关专业；
  • 三年以上大型自动化生产线的机械维修维护或非标机械设计经验（汽车行业优先）；
  • 如同时具备PLC/机器人/相机等经验，对拧紧压装等工艺有一定了解，则更佳；
  • 语言能力：英语（有一定听说读写的能力）；
  • 计算机能力：良好的办公软件操作能力；
  • 了解IATF16949质量管理体系对设备管理的要求
  • 能适应一定的加班和倒班；
  • 诚信且有保密意识；
